Deleting a User's Account

Administrators can delete the account of any user in your organization.

  1. Navigate to portal_settings_icon.pngSettings.
  2. Go to the Manage Users tab in the left hand sidebar. This opens a list of all users in your partner account.
  3. Click on the name of the user you want to update, to open their entry for edit.
  4. In Edit User, click Delete to deactivate the user's account.
