Deleting a Conversation with the Portal AI Expert

The AI Expert can maintain up to 10 concurrent conversations. Starting a new one when at the limit of 10 will remove the conversation that has the oldest most recent activity from the list.

To permanently delete an existing thread with the Portal AI Expert:

1. Click the icon on the top toolbar of your partner portal.
2. Find the thread you want to delete in the left sidebar - use the Search your threads option if required.
3. Click the Delete icon  next to the thread.
4. You’re asked to confirm that you want to continue with deleting the thread. Click Delete to continue.
