About Your Partner Portal

The Partner Portal, powered by ZiftONE, is your personal access point to all of your supplier's Channel Program. The options available to you will be a subset of the features that your supplier has included in their program and your eligibility for different aspects of the program as set by your supplier.

Documentation Note:

The articles in this academy reflect the default product settings and focus on the strategic value of each feature ZiftONE offers. Your supplier's styling and organization of individual elements, and what they choose to include will vary. The strategic value, which is how each feature contributes to your continued success, is consistent.

A campaign is a theme-based approach to marketing that allows you to focus on a specific product or service to build your sales pipeline.  In ZiftONE, a campaign is a targeted collection of tactics and assets packaged to support a specific objective.

The Campaigns menu provides access to campaigns you have used, available campaign and email templates using best practices that allow for co-branding, and supplier promotional activities. Finally, the My Orders page displays your marketplace history in campaign order.

Campaign Dashboards give you clear and immediate feedback on the success of your campaigns and prompt you to follow up on the leads generated. Learn more about Campaigns.

Web Plugins

Web plugins allow you to automatically and easily display supplier-provided co-branded content such as rotating offers, videos, lead capture forms, product showcases, and downloads including white papers and case studies. Syndicated content adjusts automatically based on data about current website visitors. This content allows you to target the interests of website visitors to deliver the most relevant content. Delivering the right content at the right time greatly increases website visitor conversion rates. Learn more about Web Plugins.

Social Media

Using Social Media through ZiftONE lets you build, mix, and promote business engagement, conversation, and supplier- and partner-generated social content. Social content comes in many forms (audio, text, video, images, etc.) for publication on popular sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and WeChat. The Social Media repository provides you with valuable content to use to reach out, connect with and expand your communities.  The result? Better relationships with key targets, stronger brands, more qualified leads, and increased sales volumes. Learn more about Social Media.

The Collateral section of the partner portal delivers a digital content repository that your supplier has shared.  The specific items that are displayed are filtered for relevance to you. They will reflect language, location, preference and eligibility settings associated with your account. These Collateral assets are easy to download, publish and retire if no longer relevant. Learn more about Collateral.

Zift Analytics gives you insight into who is visiting your website, at both a company and individual level. We track ZiftONE-generated pages that have our analytics code on them. This information is then processed into the summary reports you see under the Analysis tab. The goal of any data analysis is to learn more, draw conclusions, and recommend changes that will improve performance. Learn more about Analysis.

Staying in touch with your customers is an important part of any marketing plan. The contact database is made up of individual contacts that represent an individual person or business with specific contact information such as name, address, city, state, and phone number. A contact's information can be updated over time as you learn more about your contact. The unique identifier for a contact is their email address. Learn more about Contacts.

Partners generate, nurture, and qualify leads through marketing and sales activities. ZiftONE enables visibility and tracking across the lead lifecycle. Qualified leads are a valuable resource that often ends in the sale of a product. Users of ZiftONE will work with either marketing-generated or distributed leads from suppliers. What's the difference?

  • A marketing-generated lead is a lead generated by the marketing efforts of the partner. Partners create marketing activities such as emails, web plugins, or multimedia assets that are sent to a list of contacts. When a contact interacts with these activities, either by clicking a link or viewing the article, ZiftONE assigns a lead score. The lead score shows the leads that respond to marketing efforts the most. Once a contact reaches the lead score threshold, we refer to them as a lead.
  • A distributed lead is created or provided by the supplier and distributed to the partner through ZiftONE. A distributed lead comes into ZiftONE with a lead score of 50, which is the typical lead score threshold for a lead.

After launching the campaign, you can use the features of ZiftONE to manage leads through the qualification, sales, and closing phases of the sales pipeline. Learn more about Leads.

Your supplier may offer training opportunities through the portal. Each certification may include multiple modules or courses. Once you have successfully completed a module, you will receive a certificate that you can print or share to demonstrate your proficiency. Learn more about Training.
