Recommended Settings
Some browser features may impair your ZiftONE experience. Review these recommended settings and implement them if possible:
Disable Pop-up Blockers
A pop-up blocker is software that prevents pop-up windows from appearing on a website. An ad blocker is software that will remove different kinds of content from a web user's online experience.
ZiftONE uses pop-ups to engage with content in several areas of the platform, such as logging in, editing content, and connecting social media accounts. Pop-up blockers and ad blockers can prevent users from interacting with these areas.
We recommend that you disable both types of blocker. They are normally browser add-ons that can be turned off in your browser window.
Allow Cookies
Cookies must be allowed for features in ZiftONE Admin to function properly.
Tip: If third party cookies are blocked in Chrome, an eye with slash icon appears in the browser bar. You can click on the eye to update your cookie settings.
Allow Javascript
Allow Javascript if the browser permits you to. In Chrome, you can find this option in Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Content. If the option is not enabled you might see blank previews when personalizing content in ZiftONE.
Allow Redirects
Partners logging in via a supplier's partner portal will be redirected to our platform from their partner portal. Be sure to allow redirects in your browser settings if you use this access method.
Other Browser Settings
Firefox has a feature called Enhanced Tracking Protection that can block some of our content. This feature needs to be disabled for all features in ZiftONE to function. For more information, see Enhanced tracking protection in Firefox (external site).
