Social Media Leads

Overview

Qualified leads are an incredibly valuable resource. ZiftONE enables visibility and tracking across the lead lifecycle. This functionality allows you to track interaction with prospects and includes marketing touches with real-time updates. Because of this lead tracking, you may need to change the status of a lead after social media interactions.

Change the Status of a Social Media Lead

  1. Navigate to Social Media > Social Analysis > Leads.
  2. If you are an Admin partner user, on the top right-hand corner, select whether you’d like to view Leads from the Company social media accounts or your Personal social media accounts.
  3. Click the name of the lead you want to update.
  4. Click Update Status to mark lead entries as contacted, qualified, or unqualified/invalid.

You can view status changes in the Lead Information section of the page.

Export Social Media Leads Data

You can export your data to MS Excel. Using Excel, you can manage and organize your data as well as create charts and other visuals for presentations.

  1. Navigate to Social Media > Social Analysis > Leads.
  2. If you are an Admin partner user, on the top right-hand corner, select whether you’d like to view Leads from the Company social media accounts or your Personal social media accounts.
  3. View your recent lead activity.
  4. Export your leads.
  5. Select the name of the lead to view the full profile. In this view, you can do the following:
    • Update Status—You can select this option to mark lead entries as contacted, qualified, or unqualified/invalid.
    • Mark as New Opportunity—Depending on your settings, you may be able to mark the lead as a new opportunity.
    • Register Lead—Depending on your settings, you may see the option to register a lead with a supplier.
    • Assign—Depending on your settings, you may see the option to assign the lead to a sales rep.
