What file types are supported for file uploads?

Certain file types are proprietary file types that require specific software to open the file. Your supplier may offer the ability to download and save these files, but you may need a license from the appropriate software company to utilize them.

For example, a .PSD file is a layered image file used in Adobe PhotoShop. PSD is a proprietary file that allows the user to work with the images’ individual layers even after the file has been saved. You will need to either purchase a license from Adobe to open this type of file or convert the file to a different format prior to use.

Your supplier may offer the file in another non-proprietary format. Contact your supplier directly to determine if this is the case for the image or document you would like to us
