How do I re-authenticate my social media account when I receive an email?

Some social media platforms will require re-authentication of the connection periodically.

It is important to re-authenticate when prompted to ensure the privacy and safety of your account. See Social Media Settings for full details about re-authenticating your social media accounts.

You will receive an email notifying you that your social media account needs to be re-authenticated. You can log into the Social Media Settings (Administration credentials required) to re-authenticate your account. 

To re-authenticate your social media account in ZiftONE:

  1. From the message at the top of your home screen, select Authenticate.
  2. You will then see a pop-up asking you to authorize ZiftONE to access your social media account.

Important: Be sure to check your browser address bar for a pop-up blocker notification if you feel the authentication was not successful. You may need to allow pop-ups for your social media providers.
