What file types are supported with file uploads?

ZiftONE supports the following image file types:

• .JPEG
• .JPG
• .GIF
• .PNG

Certain file types are proprietary types that require a specific software to open the file. Your supplier may offer the ability to download and save these files, but you may also need a license from the appropriate software company to actually utilize them.

For example, a .PSD file is a layered image file used in Adobe PhotoShop. PSD is a proprietary file that allows the user to work with the images’ individual layers even after the file has been saved. You will need to either purchase a license from Adobe to open this type of file or convert the file to a different format prior to use.

Your supplier may offer the file in another non-proprietary format. Contact your supplier directly to determine if this is the case for the image or document you would like to us.
