Occasionally partners may run into this problem when a social media provider updates their APIs.
This happens when the posts are coming from a 3rd party system (like ZiftONE). When the APIs are updated, this occurs for a short span of time. Social media providers will update the images to full size, however, we do not have a timeline for how long this will take to occur.
To revert the image to its full size:
- Log into the social media provider (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).
- Edit the post.
- Replace the image.
Taking these steps allows you to maintain the look and feel of your social media page.
