Why am I unable to manage users even though I'm an Administrator?

By design, Zift Admin users logging in to our platform via a supplier's partner portal, cannot edit, add, or delete users. Suppliers control access to ZiftONE for partners logging in via the supplier's single sign-on approval process, not the partner administrator.

If you need assistance with managing users, log into your supplier's portal and request assistance from within your portal interface directly after login.
