Overview
A whitelist is a list of email addresses that you explicitly accept email communications from. Email marketers encourage email recipients to whitelist them so that the emails they send will not be tagged as spam. Whitelisting an email address usually only requires the recipient to add the sender as an email contact.
Whitelists can also be managed at the server level, with some networks blocking emails from unapproved services. ZiftONE users sometimes report having difficulty receiving ZiftONE platform emails, especially test emails. Consider asking your network administrator to whitelist emails from ZiftONE.
Here is how to whitelist ZiftONE:
- Ask your network administrator to whitelist these sending domains: bounce.zift123.com is for test mailings and md02.com is for production campaigns.
- Alternatively, your network administrator can add the following TXT record to your DNS: clientdomain TXT "v=spf1 include:md02.com ~all".
Having trouble receiving campaign emails or notifications? Be sure you have authenticated with SPF/DKIM.
