When an end-user submits a social form, by default all users in your company account will receive an email notification with the subject line: New Form Submission for Social Redirect Panel for Posts of Marketing Activities.
To manage the notification recipients for social form submissions, take the following steps:
- Navigate to the Analysis tab.
- In the Assets section, select Website Plugins.
- In the Top Website Plugins section, select Social Redirect Panel for Posts of Marketing Activities.
- Select Edit.
- Make changes to notification recipients in the Notifications section.
- Select Save.
On completion of the above steps, you will have edited the notification recipients for social form submissions.
