Why can't I sign in to my account?


When you first create your account, the email address and the default password is emailed to you. You will need to follow the link in the email to activate it for the first time and create a new password.

At the beginning of every session with ZiftONE, you will need to enter your credentials to access your account and perform the tasks you wish to complete. 

You may receive the following error messages if you are having trouble logging in:

  • Please enter your email address.
  • Please enter a password.
  • Invalid password or email.
  • This account has been locked. Try again in one hour, or reset your password by clicking; "Forgot your password?"

If you try to log in 10 times without success, you will be locked out of the account. This message will display, advising you of the lock out.

You can Reset the password or wait one hour for the system to clear the error. Note: that the one hour begins with the last failed attempt to log in.

To reset your password, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Forgot Your Password? 
    Note: The wording may vary slightly if you have a customized login.
  2. Enter your email address.  
  3. An email message will be sent to you to recover your password. 
  4. Click the link in the email to reset your password.

On completion of the steps, you will then be able to reset your password and log in successfully.
