How do I view bounces and unsubscribes from email campaigns?

The system will automatically place email addresses that bounce or unsubscribe on the suppression list. You can view all of your bounces and unsubscribes from either the Contact Lists or the Campaign.

Follow the steps below to view unsubscribes and bounces from Contact Lists:

1. From Contacts > Contact Lists, select the contact list associated with your mailing. Bounces are labelled Invalid.
2. Filter on Invalid.
3. Export a list or drill down on the contact name for details.

Follow the steps below to view bounces and unsubscribes from the campaign:

1. From Campaigns > My Campaigns, select the campaign associated with your mailing.
2. Select the Mailing from the list.
3. Select Bounce Rate View on the right side to see a list of recent bounces.
4. Select Unsubscribe Rate View on the right side to see a list of recent unsubscribes.
