Overview
The Marketplace allows you to seek specialist marketing help earlier in your partner journey. You may have a clear vision of how you will make the most of being in your supplier's partner program but you may also need additional help from 3rd party agencies.
The Marketplace allows you to view a concise profile for each provider that works with your supplier, and the services they offer. You can place orders from here, and track them through to completion, all through your partner portal.
Each provider controls the information that is displayed in their profile. You can click on the name of the provider to access further details. The provider may have provided resources that you can review to better understand the services they provide before contacting them.
The Marketplace provides two pages as a default:
- Providers - provides a list of providers, their profile and the services they offer. You can browse the list of offerings to find the one that best suits your needs. You can place orders with the provider from here.
- My Orders - displays the orders that you've placed with providers. You can manage and track your orders from here. My Orders shows all orders that have been placed by users in your organization.
Before You Begin
- The availability of this feature depends on your supplier.
- The name of the page might be different in your partner portal - your supplier decides what it is called.

Click on the + to expand the instructions for the desired task.
Providers
This page helps you find providers and services that correspond to your current requirements.
You can filter the providers by services provided, cost, or history using the options in the left sidebar.
Clicking on Details for a provider displays the provider's detail page, including their available service offers.
If you want to purchase an offered service, you can select the activity and click Continue to include it in your order. You're guided through the ordering process. Once an order has been placed, it appears in your My Orders page, where you can track it through to completion.

Filter the Providers List
You can limit the providers listed on the Providers page according to activity type, cost of service, or your history of working with providers. You may use any combination of search filters.
These options are available to help you find what you're looking for:
- Use the Search box to search for a particular provider name.
- Select the Activity Type you would like to hire a provider to perform. Activities may either be standard portal activities or custom activities. Custom activities may be managed outside the portal.
- Use the History options to list providers based on your background of engaging 3rd party services:
- Current - Providers with whom you currently have orders
- Previous - Providers you've worked with previously
- New - Providers you haven't used yet
- Use the Cost options to limit the results to providers that offer services that match your budget. You can also opt to show providers that will provide a quote on request.
My Orders
This page gives you centralized access to all your current and historic orders with 3rd party providers.
The list can be filtered by the provider, order status, and activity type using the options in the left sidebar.
Click View Order to see all information about the order and its progress:
- order details
- current status
- participants (the contacts that the provider needs to complete their work)
- notification recipients (the persons who will be notified if participants in the activity are converted to leads)
- comments added by you, the provider or your supplier
You can also add any leads generated from the order/activity.
