Browsing Available Web Plugins

When suppliers make web plugins available to you, they appear in the Browse Web Plugins page. Browse available plugins and decide which ones you want to use. Activate the plugin to move it to the My Web Plugins view.

My Web Plugins shows all plugins that have been activated by users in your organization.

To view available web plugins, navigate to Web Plugins > Browse Web Plugins. In this view, you can do the following:

1. Search by name for plugins. The search display will vary based on your selection in the user menu.
2. Filter by tags. If you are in a single supplier view, you will not be able to filter by the supplier.
3. Find the number of plugins available to you in parentheses next to the page header.
4. Click Most Recent, Name, Most Effective, or Most Popular to sort plugins.
   • Name - List web plugins alphabetically.
   • Most Recent - List plugins by create date, starting with most recent.
   • Most Popular - List plugins according to partner activations.
   • Best Performing - List plugins starting with the highest number of new leads generated in the past 180 days that have a lead score greater than 15.
5. View Promoted Web Plugins that are recommended by your supplier.
6. View a short description of the plugin content, tags, and thumbnail.
7. View the content using the plugin by clicking on the name.
8. Click Activate to do the following:
   • Embed the plugin.
   • Share the plugin.
   • Archive plugin.
   • Edit details.
   • Personalize and customize the plugin.
   • Analyze the data associated with the plugin.
