Add an Email Footer

Administrative Permission Required

Administrative permission is required to access the ZiftONE Settings. For more information, contact your supplier's point of contact.


Email Footers, or signatures, allow you to create a standard HTML block that will be added to the bottom of any emails you send through the portal.  They allow you to consistently provide recipients with your contact information. 

Before You Begin

To add an email footer, you will need to be logged into the portal.

Create an Email Footer

  1. Navigate to Portal Settings.
  2. Click Email Footer from the left hand menu.
  3. Click the editor toggle to ON to open the editor. 
  4. Create the email footer using the WYSIWYG editor. Alternatively, click Source to edit the HTML directly. 
  5. [Optional] Use the Merge Field button to insert dynamic fields. 
  6. Click Save.
