About Provider Locator

Overview

The Provider Locator simplifies the process for your organization to find relevant, supplier-approved providers (agencies) and to view and leverage their available services. 

Below is an example of what a Provider Locator can look like in your partner portal:

Find a Provider

There are many search and filter options available in the Provider Locator to help you find the provider that best fits your needs.

When you first navigate to the Provider Locator page in your partner portal, your browser may request permission from you to allow the sharing of your current location.

• If you allow the sharing of your current location, and your supplier has added a Map View to the Provider Locator, you can click the View results near current location icon next to the Enter a location field and see up to 24 providers that are closest to your current location, sorted by the closest distance.
• If you allow the sharing of your current location, and your supplier has not enabled a Map View, the locator will use your location to set a default country filter and show you the first 24 providers alphabetically, sorted by the closest distance.
• In the Enter a location field, you can enter a specific address or zip code to find providers near a certain location.
• In the Search field, you can search by the provider’s name, address, state/province and/or country to find the one you are looking for.

• Your supplier may add additional filtering options. Common options include Country, Language, and Region. The filtering options available to you will vary depending on your supplier.

  Note: If the filter allows you to select multiple values, the results will display only the providers that match ALL of the selected values in the filter.

• A View more link is provided to get the next set of 24 providers.

Important

Though a list of providers is displayed based on your location, it is not guaranteed that these providers offer coverage in your area. We recommend contacting the provider to confirm.

View a Provider Profile

In many cases, you can click a provider’s information card to display their profile and additional details.

Contact a Provider

Click the Contact button on a provider’s information card to open a Contact Provider Form.

You can fill out the form to request a follow-up from the provider. We recommend including your detailed question or request in the Enquiry/Message field. When you click Submit, the provider will receive a notification with all of the details shared in the form in their Provider account and by email.

From there, the provider can accept your request or re-assign you to another contact in their Provider account. A contact from the provider’s side can reach out to you regarding your request using the contact information you provided in the Contact Provider Form.

Access Provider Offerings

The provider information cards may also include a second button next to the Contact button. The button text will vary based on your supplier’s settings. Click the button to go to the provider’s marketplace or other offerings page. You can then browse and follow their website instructions to obtain more information regarding their listed services.
