If a partner grants you Full Access to their account, you will be able to log into their portal and impersonate them. This means that you can perform any action as if the partner were doing it. Here, the provider is Taylor Marketing, and the partner ordering their service is Rose Lane Resources.
- Log in to the partner portal and navigate to the Accounts page.
- Click Sign in as User next to the partner you wish to impersonate.
- From the Sign in as User dropdown list, select the name of the partner to impersonate.
You will now be logged in to the portal as that partner. You can return to your provider account by clicking the link in the top bar.
