Overview
To process partner orders as a provider, you must be logged into the portal with a provider account. If partners have not submitted orders to you, the orders menu will be empty.
Partners submit orders to providers for marketing services in the portal. These orders are visible on the Manage Orders page. This is the default page for provider users upon logging in.

View Quote Requests
The Quote Requests page is the main communication conduit between you and partners who have placed requested a quote from you or accepted a quote. This is where you can provide details for the partners about the services you offer, costs, expiration and project completion dates. You should use the Quote Requests page to communicate throughout the project.
To see the Quote Requests page, navigate to Quote Requests from the provider user landing page.
The screen is divided into 2 areas. The left panel allows you to filter and search for specific requests. The right panel lists the requests that correspond to the search filters.
The options for the search filters include:
- A text-based search bar.
- Filters:
- Already Quoted / Not Yet Quoted: allows you to restrict the search to requests in different stages of processing.
- Partner: allows you to return only requests made by specific partners.
- Activity Type: allows you to view quotes for specific activity type work.
Search results will refresh dynamically so if you add or remove an option, the items listed on the right side will be refreshed and may change. For each request, you will see a tile that includes the following information:
- An icon to indicate the type of activity requested.
- The hyperlinked name of the activity. Click this to access details of the request.
- The suggested price the supplier deems the activity to be worth.
- The date that the request was submitted.
Edit a Quote Request
You are able to edit a quote request as long as it is in the Pending state. Once the partner has accepted a quote, you will not be able to modify it.
- From Quote Requests, go to the quote request you want to modify.
- Click Edit.
- Edit the required details. The information you provide here is the counteroffer to the partner for the requested work.
- Click Save.
Respond to a Quote Request
When you receive a request for a quote to provide one of your services, you can handle the response in the partner portal:
- In the Quote Requests page, find the quote request that needs a response.
- Click on the title of the request to access its details.
- Click Create Quote.

In Submit Quote, provide this information:
Parameter Type Description Title Text Provide a title for this project that will be meaningful to you and the partner. Remember that they may have submitted requests for quotes to multiple providers. Contact Dropdown Menu Select the person from your account who will be the point of contact between your provider and the partner. Price Number Specify the price that you will charge if selected to do this work. Quote Expiration Date Selector [Optional] Set the date when this quote will expire. A partner may have constraints or other considerations. By setting an expiration date, you will be better able to plan out work and manage capacity. Completion Date Date Selector Include the date that the partner can expect you to complete the work. Details Text Provide more information about what your quote includes. This should provide clarity for the partner. - Click Save. The quote is emailed to the partner. A record of the request remains in your Quote Requests page until it has been accepted by the partner, and an order submitted.
