You can provide values for your custom Contact Fields when creating Contacts in your portal. For more information about Contacts, see Contacts.

You can include custom Contact Fields in any Contact Form you create in your portal. For more information about Contact Forms, see Contact Forms for Contact Lists.

When viewing a contact, values for your custom Contact Fields display in the contact's Contact Profile. You may have to click Edit Details to display the information.
Note: Values for your supplier's custom data fields appear in the Additional Data section of the contact information.
Information captured in general fields is listed under Contact Profile.
- Custom Contact Fields (yours or your supplier's) are included in exports of contact/lead lists, as well as the general fields.
- Custom Contact Fields can’t be used as a replacement for general fields. For example, a custom field z123_additionalemail will not be used for emails if the general field Email Address is not provided.
