Overview
Portal settings allow designated primary contact users to perform some administrative tasks for their organization.
If you are a designated user, you will be able to access the necessary tools and options through the Profile menu in the top right of the application page.

The options available will vary by supplier. The sections below assume that you have been granted the necessary credentials and are logged into the portal.

Update Your Company Details
Partners and Agency Providers have the opportunity to edit the Company Profile setting to promote their marketing, services, and technology resources to partners. You can display a logo image, add a short description (500 characters), and full description (images, lists, formatting, full WYSISYG) and upload a few resources such as case studies or one-pagers.
To edit the company information or the locator profile, follow these steps.
- Navigate to Profile > Settings.
- Click Company Profile on the left side menu.

Edit the Company Details to comply with SPAM email regulations.

Company Name Text Enter the company name. This is a required field to send mailings. Company Logo Image Upload a logo.
The logo displays in Partner Explorer for the partner account. It is also used in Partner/Provider Locators.
Website URL URL Enter your website URL. Time Zone Number Select the timezone for your organization's location. This is the time zone that the system will use for scheduling messages and processing activities with a time-based execution, such as campaigns and social posts. Your experience is customized based on your browser's time zone. If the time zone is changed, a notification is sent to the Administrator identified during set-up.

Phone Number Enter the phone number. Fax Number Enter the fax. Address 1
Text Enter the address. This is a required field to send mailings. Address 2
Text Enter the second line of the address if there is one. City
Text Enter the City name. This is a required field to send mailings. Country
Drop-down Enter the Country name. This is a required field to send mailings. State/Province
Drop-down Enter the State/Province. This is a required field to send mailings. Zip/Postal Code
Number Enter the Zip/Postal code. This is a required field to send mailings. Opt-In Authorization
Checkbox Enable/disable this option to confirm how opt-in authorization for your emails to contacts is managed:

Enabled - opt-in authorization must be confirmed for every contact
When you're creating contacts, you are asked to confirm their opt-in status for your communications:
Further configuration is required if this option is set - the link at the top of the Company Profile page takes you to the configuration of the opt-in request email template.

Disabled - opt-in authorization is implied for all contacts loaded into your portal. No opt-in authorization is needed prior to marketing to your contacts.

Unsubscribe Options
Checkbox Enable/disable the Add Any Unsubscribes to Global Suppression List option to confirm what will happen when a partner user unsubscribes from a mailing list:
Disabled - The contact is opted out of the list from which they unsubscribed.
Enabled - The contact is unsubscribed from all lists of which they are a member.

Update Locator Profile
Suppliers can embed a Partner Locator on their website to connect potential buyers with partners in their area. You can edit your Partner Profile settings to promote your marketing, services, and technology resources to potential buyers. You can display a logo image, add a short (500 characters), and full description (images, lists, formatting, full WYSISYG) and upload a few resources such as case studies or one-pagers.
To edit your Locator Profile, follow these steps.
- Navigate to Profile > Settings.
- Click Company Profile on the left side menu.

In the Locator Profile settings, complete the following:
Parameter Type Description Locator Display Locator Profile Text This text is displayed on the Locator when a user clicks on the partner card. The Locator will display a single card and a single map pin for each partner. The address that is used here will depend on the location of the user and any search criteria that is used. We attempt to show the most relevant address. Marketplace URL URL This will appear as a Buy Now button for users. This option is only visible if it is enabled. You can link to the list of your available offerings here. The Locator will display a Buy Now button on the Profile card as shown in the example below. Social Media URL This is the link to the partner social media accounts. Social media icons will display on the Profile card as shown in the examples below. When the user clicks the icon they will be taken to the partner's social media account. Additional Addresses Text Multiple partner addresses can be added to the Partner Locator. These will display on the partner or provider card. When searching on the locator, a partner will be displayed if any of their addresses match the criteria. - Click Save.
Many suppliers will also include a Map view on their Provider and/or Partner Locator so that users can more easily find providers or partners near them. Here is an example of a Partner Locator Map:
Notes:
- Users can enter in a specific address or zip code to find partners near a certain location.
- When the Locator Icon next to the search bar is clicked, the user will see the providers or partners available near their current location.
Here is an example of a Partner Locator card that buyers might see on your supplier’s website.
Note: If a user clicks the Contact button, a Lead form is displayed for them to complete. Leads generated by this form can be seen in the following places:
- By the partner under ZiftONE Partner Portal > Lead Distribution. The partner can accept or decline the lead. If the partner has auto-accept leads turned on, the partner will not have the option to accept or decline the lead.
- Partners are notified via email and messaging that a lead has been assigned to them.
Time Zones
The time zone set in your company profile is the one the system uses for scheduling messages and processing activities with a time-based execution, such as campaigns and social posts.. Your overall user experience is based on your browser's time zone. Time Zone mapping is based on +/- UTC.
- Navigate to Portal > Settings.
- Click Company Profile on the left side menu.

In the Time Zone field, set your time zone as required:
