About Provider Accounts

Overview

As a provider, you work with suppliers to provide marketing services to partners through the Partner Portal. The supplier creates an account for you which allows partners to connect with you and access the services you offer.  This brings value to the supplier by allowing them to vet credible providers. It brings value to you by opening opportunities as a preferred provider.  It brings value to partners by simplifying their search for a provider who has the expertise and skill to maximize the supplier's channel offerings.

You decide which services you offer.  This may include website development, event setup and management, content creation, or a range of marketing activities. The supplier then adds your offerings to campaigns and other marketing activities.  From there, partners can request quotes from you to help them leverage the marketing materials the supplier provides.

Multiple partners may request your services and each partner who accepts your quote will be able to grant you either Full Access or On Behalf Of access.

Before You Begin

You must have been granted provider credentials by the supplier.

Impersonate a Partner

If a partner grants you Full Access to their account, you will be able to log into their portal and impersonate them. This means that you can perform any action as if the partner were doing it. Here, the provider is Taylor Marketing, and the partner ordering their service is Rose Lane Resources.
