About the Marketplace

Overview

The Marketplace allows you to seek specialist marketing help earlier in your partner journey. You may have a clear vision of how you will make the most of being in your supplier's partner program but you may also need more guidance. 

The Marketplace allows you to view a concise profile for each provider that works with your supplier. You can limit the results by specialty and price. You can also restrict the providers displayed to those you are currently working with or to those you have worked with. 

Each provider controls the information that is displayed in their profile.  You can click on the name of the provider to access further details. The provider may have provided resources that you can review to better understand the services they provide before contacting them. 

The Marketplace is located on the Providers portal page.

This feature is only available if your supplier has enabled it.

Click on the + to expand the instructions for the desired task.

Filter the Marketplace Results

This procedure allows you to limit the providers listed on the Providers page according to Activity type, cost of services, or your history with the providers.  You may use any combination of search filters. If no results correspond to your criteria, try removing one filter item to widen the search. 

1. Navigate to the Providers page. 
2. [Optional] If you know the name, or part of the name of the provider you are looking for, enter it in the search field to the left of the page title.
3. [Optional] Select the Activity Type you would like to hire a provider to perform. Activities may either be standard portal activities or custom activities.  Custom activities may or may not be managed within the software.
4. [Optional] Use the History options to restrict the results to providers you have worked with previously.
5. [Optional] Use the Cost options to limit the results to providers that offer the services within your budget. You can also opt to have providers that will provide a quote on request.
