Changing a User's Role

Administrators can change the role designated to any user in your organization.

  1. Navigate to portal_settings_icon.pngSettings.
  2. Go to the Manage Users tab in the left hand sidebar. This opens a list of all users in your partner account.
  3. Click on the name of the user you want to update, to open their entry for edit.
  4. In Edit User, designate the required role by selecting it in the list.
  5. Click Save.
