Pausing and Resuming a Data Funnel

To pause an active Data Funnel:

1. Navigate to >Settings > Funnels.
2. Click the Integration name or the Funnel Type for the desired Funnel, to open its details.
3. Click Pause.

   Your Funnel and its data transfer will be paused until you resume the connection.

To resume a paused Data Funnel:

1. Navigate to > Settings > Funnels.
2. Click the Integration name or the Funnel Type for the desired Funnel, to open its details.

3. You will be returned to Step 1 of the Set up a Data Funnel process. Re-enter the credentials for your specified CRM, as required, and click Next.

4. Review/edit steps 2-5 of the Set up a Data Funnel process, as required, to verify the Funnel settings. 

5. Click Activate on Step 5 to trigger an immediate sync, after which the Funnel will continue as usual.
