Overview

The portal can automatically send notifications to a partner. The notifications can be customized by your administrator.

Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Activity Notifications

The MDF notification notifies the user when there is activity on orders placed using MDF funds. These activities might include submitted claim notification, comments or attachments made either by a different user or the supplier on a transaction such as a claim or pre-approval.

The MDF notification will generate an email after activity (comment or attachment) on an order by someone other than the user. Note in the image below that attachments and comments are distinguished by different icons.

New Pre-approval Notification

The New Pre-approval notification is sent to the Admin user when a partner creates a new pre-approval.

New Claim Notification

The New Claim notification is sent to the Admin user when a partner creates a new claim.

Pre-approval Resubmitted Notification

The Pre-approval Resubmitted notification is sent to the Admin user when a partner resubmits a pre-approval after completing a request for more information. 

Claim Resubmitted Notification

The Claim Resubmitted notification is sent to the Admin user when a partner resubmits a claim after completing a request for more information. 

Pre-approval Update: New Attachment Notification

The Pre-approval Update: New Attachment notification is sent to the Admin user when a partner adds an attachment to a pre-approval.

Claim Update: New Attachment Notification

The Claim Update: New Attachment notification is sent to the Admin user when a partner adds an attachment to a claim.
