The Notifications page of the portal settings allows users to view and modify notification settings:
- View and edit notification settings - All users can manage their own notification settings
- Manage the list of non-portal-based user email recipients - Admin users only
Go to > Settings > Notifications (Admin users) or
> My Settings > Notifications (other users) to access the page.
You should only add or modify notification settings with the recipient's permission.
We recommend that you whitelist the @email.unifyr.com domain, and your supplier's portal email address, to ensure that notifications are delivered.
Note
If your system is more mature, it may be sending from the @ziftsolutions.com domain. Reach out to your portal support team to clarify which addresses you should whitelist.
