Notification: Setting Changes

Overview

Your portal automatically sends notifications to the partner administrator or provider to advise of changes to the portal Settings.

Timezone Change

Timezone change notifications are sent to the partner portal Administrator when a change is made to the timezone in the Company Profile setting.

SSL Enabled Change

SSL Enabled notifications are sent to the partner portal Administrator when a change is made to the SSL Enabled option in the Company Profile Setting.

Provider Permission Change

Marketing Provider Permission Change notifications are sent to the provider when a change is made to their portal access level. A partner portal Administrator user can give access at these levels:

  • Provider is granted On Behalf Of (OBO) access
  • Provider is granted Full Access
  • Provider is promoted from OBO to Full access
  • Provider is demoted from Full to OBO access
  • Full access removed for a provider
  • OBO access removed for a provider
