How do I view recent activity on a campaign?

You can view all recent activity relating to a campaign using the procedure below. This allows you to monitor the success of the campaign and make any necessary tweaks to improve return.

To view activity on a campaign: 

  1. Navigate to Campaigns > My Campaigns.
  2. Select a campaign.
  3. From the left navigation, click Recent Activity.
  4. Select any activity from the Recent Activity drop down including email opens, email clicks, web views, web clicks, form submissions, conversions, unsubscribes, bounces, and spam reports.

You will then be able to view the activity on that particular activity and see if it has been successful.
