Administrative Permission Required

Administrative permission is required to access the ZiftONE Settings. For more information, contact your Account Administrator.


Deal Management allows you to manage the default assignee of new deals. The assigned default user/sales rep will receive all notifications for the deal until it is assigned to another user.

You can change the Default Sales Rep for a specific deal once the deal is registered by following the Edit a Deal Registration instructions on our Manage Deals page.


Click on the + to expand the instructions for the desired task.

Assign a Default Sales Rep

You can assign a Default Sales Rep or User for new deals in your partner portal account. The assignee will receive notifications on each deal until it is assigned to a new sales rep/user. 

  1. From the dropdown menu under your user name navigate to Settings.
  2. Click Deal Management.    
  3. Click Add User to add a default user.
  4. Click Add Sales Rep to add a default sales rep.
