How to Get Help

Your supplier will give you options to access help in your partner portal. Any of these may be available, depending on your supplier's preference:

Use Ask IQ

Ask IQ can give you lots of support with your marketing tasks and help you access the content you need to achieve success.

You can ask Ask IQ questions about the tasks you’re carrying out, or a subject you need information about, and get helpful answers back. It provides links to any relevant content in its responses, and can also draft social posts or marketing emails on your behalf.

To access Ask IQ, can click the portal_iq_icon.png icon.

Talk to Zeno

Zeno is a digital assistant chatbot that can direct you to multiple targeted support and help resources.

If your supplier has enabled Zeno for you, you'll see a chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen - click to launch a chat:

Access the Academy

The Academy is a resource of help articles with step-by-step guidance for working in your portal. Academy content includes written instructions, images, animations, and links to narrated videos. 

To access the Academy, click ? > Support Portal.

Submit a request to Support

To submit a request to your dedicated support team, click  ? > Contact Support:

This opens a page that your supplier has provided for you, usually with a form for you to give more information about your question. This is an example page - yours may look different:
