If your portal uses the Opt-In Authorization process, you may need to change a contact's authorization status.
- Navigate to your Contacts page.
- Click the contact to open it for edit.
- Click Edit Details.

In the Opt-In Authorization field, choose one of these settings:
- Authorized for all communications
- Authorized for selected communications
- Do not contact

Click Save.
