Personalizing Customizable Videos

When you've opened a customizable video provided by your supplier, use the Personalization tab to add your logo.

1. In the Collateral area of the portal (the names of the pages are determined by your supplier, so check with them), use the filters in the left navigation to find the video. Videos that can be customized have the label Customizable under their title.

   

2. Click Customize. This option is only available for videos that can be personalized. If you are prompted to select an Existing Customization or a New Customization, this means that at least one customization already exists. Review the existing one(s) before creating a new one.
3. Select Edit to access the edit screen, then choose Personalization, or choose Review on the review personalization task to go straight to the Personalization tab. 

4. The Properties area shows an editable logo field and areas in which you can adjust the opacity, position, and size (%) of your logo.

   Click Edit image to upload a new image in the Logo field.

   Enable the Save as default option for any of the fields to make future personalizations of the same video easier.

   

5. Select Apply to see the changes in the video.

6. Use the Width drop down list to test how the video looks on various devices or at a particular size.

   

7. When you're happy with your personalization, click Save & Next. You will be taken to the Distribute tab of the edit area, where you can get links to distribute the video.
