Browsing Available Collateral

To view the list of collateral assets that your supplier has made available to you, open the Browse Collateral view.

Your supplier may have gated some types of asset with Terms and Conditions of use. Click View in the banner provided for each restricted content type, to display the T&Cs and accept them. If you don't accept the T&Cs, you will not be eligible for content of that type.

You can see this information in the Browse Collateral page:

# of Assets

Check how many assets are in your list. The number appears next to Browse Collateral at the top of the screen.

Search

Find an asset by searching with keywords.

Items are presented in date order as a default - use the controls above the results to change the sorting, for example to display the most relevant content.

Filters

Limit the assets that display in your list. You can filter against these values:

• Asset Type
• Content tags such as Language that categorize the assets

View

Change the layout of the page. You can display the assets in a basic list, or in a grid, or in a list with detail.

• List view

  

• Grid view (default)

  

• Detail view

  

If you've changed the view, click the icon to save it. The next time you navigate to the page, it will be arranged in the same way.

Email Selected

This option is available in grid or list view. It allows you to add selected collateral assets to a marketing email in a campaign.

Choose the assets you want to use with Ctrl + click (or Cmd + click for Mac). Click Email Selected.

You will be asked to choose an existing campaign, or create a new one, and provide a name for the email. 

If you're looking for an existing campaign, start typing the name in the Existing Campaign field to get suggestions.

Click Create to create the email and continue its configuration.

Download Selected

This option is available in grid or list view. It allows you to download selected collateral assets to your browser's download location.

Choose the assets you want to use with Ctrl + click (or Cmd + click for Mac). Click Download Selected.

Asset Details

If you're in grid or list view, view the description of an asset and its content tags. You can also see whether you're permitted to customize the asset, or only download it.
