Information available for Customizable Multimedia

Overview

Your supplier may make Multimedia assets (customizable/co-brandable PDF and video) available to you. You can rename, personalize, and distribute the collateral. While you're managing the customization and distribution of multimedia, you can get information and guidance to help you. When a Multimedia asset is in Draft status, it displays the tasks you need to finish before starting the activity and offers a preview of it. Once the asset is published, distributed and returning statistics, you can get information on the user interaction it's generated.

You can get the information for a Multimedia asset by going to your Collateral page and opening the asset.

Information for a Multimedia asset in Draft Status

This information is available for a Multimedia asset, while you're still personalizing it: 

• Alerts notifying you that tasks need to be completed before the asset can be distributed or shared.

  

• An Edit button that takes you to a wizard where you can update the settings and personalization for the asset, and get URLs for browser preview and distribution.

  

• A Preview area that shows what the finished asset currently looks like.

  

Information for a Multimedia asset in Published Status

This information is available for a Multimedia asset that you've published and distributed:

1. Left sidebar with options to view the asset, and get information about Leads, Recent Activity, and Analysis.
2. Action buttons
   1. Provider Assistance - request a quote from a provider (if your portal includes the Marketplace feature).
   2. Distribute - get URLs for sharing the asset on a website or linking it to a call to action in email.
   3. Share - share the asset via social media. You can include an image and a social form as required, and schedule the share.
   4. Edit - takes you to a wizard where you can update the settings and personalization for the asset, and get URLs for browser preview and distribution.
3. Analysis bar - shows data about downloads and leads of the asset. Select Downloads to see additional information about the user interaction.
