Starting a Certification

To access a Certification-based set of courses:

1. Navigate to the Certifications page in the partner portal.
2. Find the Certification you want to work on, and click on it to open it. The Certification Detail page displays a brief description of the Certification and a list of the Courses it contains.
3. Expand the Course you want to start.

4. To register and begin the course, click Start Module or Watch Video next to the first item in the Course. For some general information about Modules, see Start a Course.

   

5. Once you’ve finished a Module, there may be a Quiz associated with it. If so, click the Take Quiz button. The button is greyed out if you haven't completed the module content yet.

6. You can either continue until you've completed all the Modules (and Quizzes, if applicable) and Courses or exit the course/certification and come back to it later. For information on picking up the certification at a later date, see How to Resume Certifications in Progress.
