Overview

Some suppliers will provide you with guided onboarding plans. The plans are designed to help you in your journey as a partner. The plans will communicate what is expected and how you can meet those expectations.

The plans are made up of a set of tasks to be completed before moving to the next stage. They may be training-oriented or a way to help with contract compliance, to monitor activity, or a way to share regular updates and notifications. The tasks will automatically be marked as complete when the task is completed. Once the tasks are completed you can move to the next task. 

Onboarding plans support the needs of different partners: for example regional or industry-specific plans that deliver content to specific partner groups. The most common use of onboarding plans is to training new partners to work in the supplier's system.  

Like other elements of the ZiftONE platform, your Onboarding Plans will be closely aligned with the channel program objectives.  

Intended Audience: Channel Sales, Channel Marketing Directors, & Channel Operations.
