About Training

Access Required

This feature is not available to all users. Contact your Supplier point of contact if you have questions regarding your access.

Overview

Your supplier may offer training opportunities (Courses and Certifications) through the partner portal. Each Course or Certification may include multiple sections to complete. Once you have successfully completed a Certification, you may receive a certificate that you can print or share to demonstrate your proficiency. Courses are informal pieces of training content and you will not receive a certificate upon completion.

Your supplier might provide an event that is based on a ZiftONE training course - for example, they might set up a Zoom session for you to attend remotely. If you attend the event and complete the course, your supplier can confirm this for you. For more information, see Partner Events.

These areas provide access to training material (note: the availability and names of the pages may differ in your portal):

  • The Courses and Certifications pages show the Courses and Certifications provided by your supplier to which you have access.
  • The My Courses and My Certifications pages display a list of Courses and Certifications for which you and other users in your organization have enroled. The ones that you've completed are displayed in the My Completed Courses and My Completed Certifications areas of the pages (or equivalent).
