Overview
Your supplier may offer training opportunities (Courses and Certifications) through the partner portal. Each Course or Certification may include multiple sections to complete. Once you have successfully completed a Certification, you may receive a certificate that you can print or share to demonstrate your proficiency. Courses are informal pieces of training content and you will not receive a certificate upon completion.
Your supplier might provide an event that is based on a ZiftONE training course - for example, they might set up a Zoom session for you to attend remotely. If you attend the event and complete the course, your supplier can confirm this for you. For more information, see Partner Events.
These areas provide access to training material (note: the availability and names of the pages may differ in your portal):
- The Courses and Certifications pages show the Courses and Certifications provided by your supplier to which you have access.
- The My Courses and My Certifications pages display a list of Courses and Certifications for which you and other users in your organization have enroled. The ones that you've completed are displayed in the My Completed Courses and My Completed Certifications areas of the pages (or equivalent).

Filtering the Courses and Certifications Pages
Your supplier may have tagged learning material when they created it - tags help to categorize content into certain groups. For example, your supplier might want to provide training material for each of their products, or guide you on how to sell in particular verticals.
If Courses and Certifications are tagged, you may see filters in the left sidebar when browsing for training content:
Click one of the filters, or multiple, to find all content that is tagged with the corresponding value(s).
Start a Course

Notes about Modules:
- Training content within each Module may be in video or document format, depending on what your Supplier has provided.

- If the video is less than 50 seconds, you must watch 50% of the video before it can be marked as watched.
- You can access a Module’s training content even after you have completed the Module.
-
A Module may have a Quiz associated with it. If so, click Take Quiz after you've completed the Module. The button is greyed out if you haven't completed the module content yet.
Notes about Quizzes:
- Questions in a Quiz can be single answer or multi-answer.
- Once you've started a Quiz, you can stop and resume at any time.
- You must view the Module’s training content before you can access the Quiz associated with it (if applicable).
- You must view the Module’s training content AND pass the Quiz associated with it (if applicable) to mark a Module as complete.
- Once you complete the Quiz, you see your score and whether you passed or failed. Your supplier may give you the option to see which answers you got right, and which you got wrong.
- If you fail a Quiz, you can't edit your answers. However, you can retake the Quiz as many times as you like until you pass.
- If a Quiz is included in a multiple Courses or Certifications, you won't need to retake it each time if you've already completed and passed it.
- You can either continue until you've completed all the Modules (and Quizzes, if applicable) or exit the course and come back to it later. For information on picking up the course at a later date, see the How to Resume Courses in Progress section of this article.
