How do I auto-schedule social media posts?

You can use ZiftONE's auto-schedule function to time your social media posts for optimal delivery to your target audience.

All content can be adjusted and scheduled automatically to comply with your brand standards and optimal social media cadence. Auto-scheduled posts are published according to ZiftONE's built-in schedule, detailed in Auto Schedule Times below.

Auto-Schedule Social Media Posts

Follow the steps below to auto-schedule your social media posts:

1. Go to Social Media > Upcoming Posts.
2. Use the filters on the left to limit the social posts according to a social network, post topic, and more.
3. To approve and schedule or reschedule a single post:
   1. Select a post from the list.
   2. Make any desired edits to the post settings or content.
   3. Select Auto-Schedule. The post will be published according to the schedule detailed in Auto Schedule Times below.
   4. Select Approve.
4. To approve and schedule multiple posts:
   1. Select the posts to approve.
   2. Click Approve Selected.
   3. To change the schedule, settings, or content of any approved post, click on the post on the Upcoming Posts page first.

If you select to Auto-Schedule your social post, it will publish according to the schedule below.

Note: Times are based on the time zone configured in your ZiftONE company profile.
