About Success Plans

Important:

Success Plans are only accessible if your supplier has assigned one to you. The exact configuration, view, and terminology of the Success Plan may vary based on your supplier’s settings in your Partner Portal. If you have any questions about your Success Plan, contact your supplier directly.

Overview

A Success Plan is an agreement between suppliers and partners regarding the achievement of sales, marketing, training, and custom milestones within a certain period of time. With Success Plans, goals are well-defined and metrics are trackable for both the supplier and the partner. This transparency will benefit the relationship between the supplier and partner. 

If a supplier has created a Success Plan for your partner account, you can view the plan within the Partner Portal. This view allows you, as the partner, to track, monitor, and update your progress within the Success Plan.

Here is an example of a Success Plan in the Partner Portal - you can see how the goal targets and the partner's progress against them (as of today's date) are tracked in the timeline. There is a CTA link to the page in which to complete each activity, e.g. Register New Lead:

This is a read only page - progress is updated automatically based on the partner's completion of the specified activities in the Partner Portal.

Partners may be assigned multiple Success Plans by their supplier - use the drop down menu to toggle between each one:

The partner administrator receives a monthly progress email, detailing overall progress against each plan.
