Social Media Analysis

It is important to analyze the results of your social media efforts. You may decide to adjust your wording or use different hashtags. Alternatively, you may decide not to change your posts because they were effective the way you ran them the first time. ZiftONE provides you with the data to make those decisions.

To view your social media statistics, navigate to Social Media > Social Analysis and click Social Statistics. If you are an Admin partner user, on the top right-hand corner, select whether you’d like to view Social Statistics from the Company social media accounts or your Personal social media accounts.

Social media data includes the number of sent posts, social clicks, likes, shares, comments, and followers for all linked social media accounts including Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.

About LinkedIn Metrics

LinkedIn does not permit the tracking of posts, clicks, likes, comments, shares, and leads for Personal LinkedIn accounts connected to ZiftONE. Only the metrics for Company LinkedIn pages will be tracked and included in this report.

With Social Media Analysis, you can do the following:

  • Filter the date range is last 12 months, last 12 weeks, or last 14 days.
  • Compare multiple data sets, social clicks, likes, shares, comments, or followers.
  • Print or export PDF, PNG, JPG, or SVG is also in this section.
  • Select different activities to display name, followers, and percentage of total clicks.
  • Logged-in users can access exported files directly in the My Downloads Center.
  • Select the date range for which you'd like to see social media statistics. Available filters include last 12 months, last 12 weeks, or last 14 days.
  • Click Add Comparison to compare metrics and multiple data sets in one graphic display.
    • The chart graphic changes as you select each metric: Social Posts, Social Clicks, Likes, Shares, Comments, and Followers. The chart can be printed or exported as PDF, PNG, JPG, and SVG.
  • Under Top Social Posts, review the top three social posts sorted by clicks, likes, shares, comments, and followers. The top social posts report can be exported to a CSV file.
